explanation

A delicate brooch made of paste glass from the late 19th century.

The design is simple, created by skillfully linking thin lines, but you can feel the care that went into making it by hand.
Glass at that time contained more lead than it does today, giving it a dull, heavy shine and a unique texture.

The clasp is engraved with a mark unique to French antique silver jewelry, and the fun of finding these marks is one of the charms of antiques.

In addition, the cutting has been carefully designed to stand out against the soft light of the candlestick, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful expression of light that evokes the era.

Length measured in a straight line from end to end at the waist x 2

The length measured straight from the base of the neckline to the hem. *For camisoles, the length is from the tip of the shoulder strap to the hem.
